Prospective Plant Parent: We have given this plant variety the, “Easiest Houseplant Ever Award.” Whether you are a first-time plant owner, a plant serial killer, or an avid plant collector, Pothos make amazing plants for everyone.

Difficulty: Sit back and N’Joy! (Super easy and beginner-proof.)

Lighting: N’Joys prefer medium to bright indirect light to keep their variegation pronounced. Pothos wear their health on their leaves. Typically, pale leaves mean too much sun, browning tips suggest too much direct light or heat, and loss of variegation indicates they would prefer more sunlight. Pothos can usually survive in low-light without strongly variegated leaves, but they will grow much faster in bright indirect light.

Watering: Pothos can handle minimal, erratic watering. When dry, water directly on the soil and then allow for the soil to completely dry out before watering again. If the leaves start to wilt, the Pothos is telling you it is ready for a drink. If leaves start to yellow, that is a symptom of too much water, and you can scale back.

Humidity: Pothos N’Joy does not need added humidity, but misting your pothos once a week will help keep the leaves shiny and healthy.

Temperature: Pothos enjoy warmer temperatures between 70-90 degrees. Although the growth will be slowed, your Pothos will survive in cooler temperatures.
