How it Works

After you purchase a plant, container, or accesory, leave the rest to us!

Hand-Selected.

  • One of our plant technicians will personally hand-select your plant(s) and prepare your order for our local Friday delivery. 

  • All purchased plants are delivered in grow pots. Containers, moss, cork mats, and other accessories are sold separately.

Local Delivery.

  • Our delivery window is on Fridays from 7 am to 5 pm in the South Bay and around LA.

  • If you would like to request a specific time, we will try our best to accommodate, however, we cannot make any time guarantees. 

  • If you need your plant sooner, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate. Additional fees may apply.

Drop-off Details.

  • You will receive a text message when our delivery driver is on their way. Please make sure the phone number on file is connected to a device that can receive texts. We will notify you via text when your plant has arrived!

  • We highly recommend someone be available to receive your new plants. However, you may permit us to leave the plant outside the delivery address in the checkout notes.

  • If plants are requested to be left outside, we will do our best to put them in a safe, shaded location.

  • Being a living plant, quality and health can vary. We only purchase high-quality plants that we would confidently put in our own home. If a plant you ordered is not available, we will contact you immediately.
